(1) For the purposes of section 7 of the Act, the district court is designated as a court.
(2) For the purposes of sub-sections (2) and (3) of section 8 of the Act, the term "appellate court" is designated.
(3) Section 8A of the Act. For the purpose of sub-section (1) and (2) of the relevant district court and for the purpose of sub-section (3) the relevant appellate court has been designated.
